With no competition in the General Election, Julian Jones is the new county councilman-elect for the 4th District. To thank supporters for his victory over incumbent Kenneth Oliver, Jones hosted a picnic on Aug. 2, 2014 in the Reisterstown Park. Dozens turned out for the event, which included food, free massages and activities for the kids.
